Our workshop is brought to you through the interactive character John More, an Elizabethan sailor. Discover what life was like for an Elizabethan sailor during the engagement of the Spanish Armada, the weapons used by English sailors, from muskets to swords and even a cannon used to attack a Spanish ship. See what life was like, what they had to eat and drink onboard a ship, where they would have slept, and the clothes they would wear. By the end of this Display, you will be able to better understand the life of an Elizabethan sailor.
