Medieval Crime & Punishment 

Medieval Crime & Punishment school workshop activities can include,

  • Interactive role-playing scenarios where students assume the roles of villagers, offenders, and authorities to explore justice systems.
  • engaging in mock trials to understand the justice system of the period.
  •  Debating the fairness of punishments like stocks, whipping, or exile.

 These activities aim to foster critical thinking, empathy, and historical understanding through hands-on participation and discussion.

 

Workshop length: 1.5 hour

Please note that workshops take 20 minutes to set up. There is no break during the 1.5-hour workshops.
